A Promise to a Straw Hat

Finally!
I'm sooo happy I finished it before november (I'll have an event at this period and I really wanted to be Luffy ^^)

He is my favorite character in One Piece and, I think, in all manga so I really wanted to cosplay him the best I could. It was supposed to be a simple cosplay but it's the one I had the more sewing time with (and I learnt very much thanks to it ^^). I have some difficulties with all parts (like couldn't find proper sandals or the fact that I had to redone the vest three times as I prefer to make my own patterns, etc).
In the end, it took me more than two months to do it but I'm really really happy with the result! And I love being Luffy!

The only thing is that I have to fix the bang of the wig (damn you Hibari and your crazy hair-style! -my wig come from cosplaywig and was for Hibari (Reborn)-). I have to find a good solution as hair wax doesn't seem to be enough for make it stay right so if you have any ideas...
